About how long will the concert be?
In the past, concerts have been about 2 hours from start to finish. We will start promptly at 2:00 and should be wrapping up at 5:00 pm.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Online ticket purchasers may show us their ticket on a cell phone. Printed tickets will also be accepted.
Why can’t I choose my own seat?
At this time, mobile browsers choose a best available seat and will not let you choose a seat. An updated computer browser will allow you to choose a specific place to sit.
What if the name on my ticket doesn’t match the person who attends?
No ID is needed to be seated so tickets are fully transferable.
Are balcony seats as good as the main floor tickets?
At this venue, there are no bad sight lines. This is one of Toronto’s finest performance halls.
Are the balcony seats accessible?
Unfortunately, our balcony section is not an accessible area, however, we have reserved seating set aside for those who have accessibility issues on the main floor.
